2. Digital Content and Course Access

Courses offered through the Renewables LT platform are considered digital content delivered electronically.

Once a course is accessed, the digital content is considered to have been consumed.

For this reason, refunds may be limited once access to course materials has been granted.


3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only if the following conditions are met:

  • the course has not been started
  • the user has not accessed any course materials
  • the request for a refund is submitted within a reasonable time after purchase

If the user has opened the course or accessed any learning materials, the course is considered started.

In such cases, refunds will not be issued.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • the course content has been accessed or viewed
  • the user has started the course or completed any lessons
  • the user has attempted or completed tests or examinations
  • the user decides they no longer wish to complete the course

Accessing course materials constitutes acceptance of the digital service and completion of delivery.


5. Technical Issues

If a user experiences significant technical issues preventing access to the purchased course, the user should contact Renewables LT support.

Where possible, the platform will attempt to resolve technical problems or restore course access.

Refunds may be considered only if the service cannot be reasonably provided.


6. Certification and Training Programs

Some courses may be part of broader training programs that involve:

  • online theoretical modules
  • examinations
  • practical or on-site training components

Refund policies for on-site training programs or certification programs may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of registration.

Refund requests should include:

  • full name
  • email address used for the purchase
  • course name
  • reason for the request

8. Payment Processing

Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Payments processed through Montonio will be refunded according to the payment provider’s procedures.

Processing times may vary depending on the user’s bank or payment provider.
